Employability Facilitator (Parental Cover)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration seeks an Employability Facilitator on parental cover to support the integration of beneficiaries of international and temporary protection into the Greek labour market. The role involves providing individual and group career counselling, linking beneficiaries with job opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the Helios+ project in Attica.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group career counselling sessions to enhance beneficiaries' employability.
• Map potential employers, identify job vacancies and cultivate collaborations with private‑sector partners.
• Connect beneficiaries with suitable job opportunities and organise employability‑focused workshops and seminars.
• Advise beneficiaries on required documentation such as driving licences, language certificates and translation of documents, and collect these for reimbursement.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain physical archiving of verification documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Team Lead and Project Assistant.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education, Economics or related field with at least three years relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written).
• Previous experience in a similar employability or career‑counselling role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Post‑graduate training in career counselling is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence (advantage).
