HR Specialist (Talent Development)

About the role

Join Kaizen Gaming’s Global Learning & Development team as an HR Specialist focused on Talent Development. You will shape the employee experience for over 2,800 staff worldwide, driving engagement, growth, and capability building through innovative learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of talent development programs, including vendor and contract management, planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze L&D metrics such as satisfaction, progress, and attendance rates, using data‑driven insights to improve program effectiveness.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end invoice processes from intake and PO creation to settlement, filing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure programs align with business outcomes and support employee growth.
• Support the creation of high‑quality program materials (presentations, reports, templates, documentation) with consistent visual communication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and introduce fresh, innovative learning practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development, designing and delivering talent development or employee experience programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, “can‑do” attitude with high empathy and interpersonal awareness.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
