HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support effective delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to address people‑related needs and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across headquarters and operational facilities.
• Act as primary HR point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, personnel records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics to support management decision‑making.
• Coordinate learning & development activities, annual training plans and performance management cycles.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, Greek labour legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or support implementation of the Digital Work Card and HR systems (HRMS, MSS, ESS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or operational environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience across HR operations, recruitment, learning & development, performance management and HR reporting.
• Good understanding of Greek labour legislation and HR compliance.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
