Hotel Concierge

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring a Hotel Concierge in Rethymno. The concierge welcomes guests, gives advice on the local area and arranges reservations and transport, while handling guest requests and complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and give them information about the hotel's facilities and services.
• Provide personalised recommendations and assistance on local attractions, restaurants, transport and other services.
• Make reservations and arrange transport, tours and other activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Concierge or similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
