Health & Safety Manager

About the role

dss+ is a purpose‑led global consultancy helping high‑risk, asset‑intensive organisations improve safety, operational performance and sustainability. As the Health & Safety Manager based in Greece, you will lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes for industrial, infrastructure and energy clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to enhance operational resilience and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple project workstreams.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive operational risk management and safety improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate risk assessments, workshops, operational reviews and leadership discussions.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical improvement solutions.
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality, impact and timely delivery.
• Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring and performance support.
• Support account growth through proposal development and client engagement.
• Contribute to business development and practice initiatives across Greece and the wider region.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting teams and delivering large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong client relationship management and advisory skills.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments, workshops and operational reviews.
• Ability to develop practical solutions to operational challenges.
• Track record of coaching and mentoring team members.
• Experience supporting business development and proposal creation.
