About the role
The German Healthcare Support Specialist will start with back‑office duties such as order processing and entry, then move into direct customer support calls. You will interact with patients and healthcare professionals, providing information on wound‑care and catheter products.
Key responsibilities
- Process and enter orders in the back‑office system.
- Handle inbound support calls for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Provide product information and guidance on wound‑care and catheter solutions.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service centre.
- Native or near‑native German language proficiency.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently across several systems.
- Structured, self‑organized approach with high attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset, open to feedback and continuous development.
- Comfortable working in an international, dynamic environment.
