About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a qualified Psychologist to join its team in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will deliver psychosocial services to unaccompanied migrant children residing in IOM‑operated accommodation centres.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychosocial support to unaccompanied migrant children.
- Conduct mental‑health assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Collaborate with the Shelter Coordinator and National Project Officer to implement project activities.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality of all client information.
- Participate in intercultural activities, life‑skill workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Required profile
- University degree in Psychology.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or vulnerable populations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and respect diverse backgrounds.
