About the role

Our restaurant in Halandri is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen, drive menu innovation, and reinforce our culinary identity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth daily service.
• Design, develop, and regularly update the menu to reflect current trends.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain strict quality control of ingredients and final dishes.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Creativity and passion for gastronomy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Professionalism and reliability.
