Reservations Agent – Luxury Beach Club, Athens

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our new luxury glamping and members club “91 Athens Riviera” in Voula, Athens. The role involves handling bookings, guest communications and supporting the front‑office team to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input reservations into the system, recording guest preferences and special requests.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on room types, amenities, promotions and packages.
• Perform efficient check‑in and check‑out procedures, including payment collection.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements and on‑site buggy transport.
• Maintain timely communication with guests via WhatsApp and other channels throughout their stay.
• Support the Reservations Manager and Front Office team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage billing processes, issue invoices and keep accurate transaction records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, bookings and cancellations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and handle pressure professionally.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel property management systems such as Opera and Amadeus.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and general PMS usage.
• Basic knowledge of hotel revenue management principles.
