Hotel Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

Mar‑Bella Collection is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead one of its award‑winning 5‑star luxury hotels in Greece. The role combines operational leadership, financial responsibility, people development and guest‑experience management to ensure commercial success and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day hotel operations across all departments, ensuring consistency, efficiency and service excellence.
• Monitor performance against operational and financial targets, taking timely corrective actions.
• Maintain company standards, procedures and quality requirements throughout the property.
• Inspire, coach and develop department heads and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee guest satisfaction, service quality and feedback follow‑up to continuously enhance the guest experience.
• Safeguard assets, ensure preventive maintenance, safety and security standards, and comply with legal and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Hotel Manager or senior hotel leadership role in a 5‑star luxury property.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop senior operational teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budget management and cost control.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest‑experience principles.
