Guest Experience Advisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Advisor will join the Center Management team of Designer Outlet Athens, delivering professional assistance to mall visitors. You will act as the first point of contact, handling information requests, complaints, and promotional activities while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Information Office, guiding visitors to stores and informing them about marketing promotions.
• Welcome tourist groups and operate the mall call‑center line, providing directions and assistance.
• Oversee customer service utilities such as phone chargers, strollers, wheelchairs, and umbrellas.
• Make public announcements via the mall loudspeaker system.
• Handle lost‑and‑found procedures and process gift voucher transactions.
• Support Health & Safety plans, maintain store contact details, and collect sales figures for Retail Advantage.
• Assist in creating and posting promotional maps, inspect stores for correct pricing and materials, and manage VIP, Privilege, and Aegean Bonus cards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑service or reception role.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
• Fast‑paced, energetic, extroverted personality with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, reliability and professionalism.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
