Customer Service Advisor (German)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our outsourcing/BPO team in Athens. The role is hybrid, combining office work with remote support, and involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication.
• Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account‑related activities.
• Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German speaker with excellent communication skills and a natural accent, plus good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
