Customer Advisor (Polish)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading customer experience company to hire a Polish‑speaking Customer Advisor for its Athens office. The role is full‑time, hybrid and focuses on handling inbound customer inquiries while driving revenue through cross‑selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails.
• Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities during interactions.
• Meet individual and team targets, including case‑handling quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Polish language proficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous sales experience with proven ability to generate revenue.
• Strong telephone customer service and active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑oriented approach with adaptability to different profiles.
