German-Speaking Customer Service for a Prestigious Automotive Brand

About the role

Join TP Greece to represent an iconic luxury vehicle manufacturer and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the ownership journey. You will assist customers via multiple channels, handling inquiries, appointments, and connected‑vehicle services while upholding premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support across phone, email and chat.
• Assist with service and maintenance appointments, roadside assistance and vehicle‑related queries.
• Provide support for connected‑vehicle services, mobile apps, infotainment and subscription features.
• Handle cases and complaints with empathy and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Coordinate service arrangements, courtesy vehicle requests and follow‑ups.
• Identify concerns, escalate complex issues to specialized teams, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Fluency in the required support language (minimum C1 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping people.
• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital tools.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Driver’s license and geographical awareness are advantageous.
