Restructuring Call Center Agent

About the role

As a Restructuring Agent in Intrum's Portfolios Restructuring Department, you will help debtors manage and resolve outstanding debts through effective negotiation and restructuring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with debtors via dialer to achieve settlements, collections, or consensual solutions.
• Advise customers on repayment actions and negotiate optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Manage supporting documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate the restructuring process using Intrum’s systems (EFS, ICE, LS, EQUATION, VELTI, NPV_RETAIL_AFS).
• Meet production goals and departmental targets.
