About the role

SWOT Hospitality seeks a Front Office Agent to join a well‑established hotel in Ampelokipoi, Athens, supporting a new project with professional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional and efficient service
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage reservations, payments and daily Front Office operations
• Provide accurate information about the hotel and the local area
• Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with other departments

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Front Office position, preferably in a hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Customer‑oriented attitude and a professional approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
