Front Office Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Front Office Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at our luxurious adults‑only urban retreat in the historic centre of Athens. You will ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience, respond to guest enquiries and deliver professional, personalised service that reflects our philosophy of holistic well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.
• Register guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs using Front Desk systems (PMS, Web Hotelier, booking channels).
• Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information and direct enquiries.
• Verify payment methods, compute guest billings and post charges to rooms or house accounts.
• Maintain incident, daily activity and other reports as required by management.
• Keep the Front Desk and reception area neat, orderly and well‑stocked.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, Concierge or similar role, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Team‑oriented attitude with solid interpersonal abilities.
