Front Office Agent – Luxury Beach Club, Athens

About the role

Domes Resorts is looking for a Front Office Agent to join the new 91 Athens Riviera glamping and members club. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in/out experience and delivering the high‑standard hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Perform efficient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the Opera PMS.
• Upsell upgrades and promote on‑site facilities such as restaurants, bars and spa.
• Manage billing, payment collection and issue invoices.
• Answer phone calls and emails, coordinating with housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily occupancy reports.
• Address guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
• Basic cash handling and billing experience.
