French Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our multicultural team in Athens. You will be the voice of international brands, assisting French‑language customers through phone, email and live chat while working from our modern office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French via phone, email and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve issues related to order tracking, billing, service configuration and product questions, aiming for high first‑contact resolution.
• Provide step‑by‑step technical guidance on platform navigation, account setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Represent the brand with a solution‑oriented tone in every interaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, tickets and resolution details using enterprise CRM tools.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level French and professional English proficiency (B2/C1).
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and working in a structured team.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Athens.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
