About the role
TP Greece is seeking fluent French speakers to join its international customer support team. You will work in a multicultural environment, assisting customers of leading global brands through phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly assistance to French‑speaking customers.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure high satisfaction.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and strong command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
