Financial Analyst – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the finance team at TOR Hotel Group’s headquarters in Thessaloniki. In this role you will support the group’s financial planning, reporting and performance analysis, working closely with the CFO and hotel management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly and annual financial and business reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data in the ERP and other systems.
• Analyse historical data to identify trends, variances and performance drivers.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process across all group hotels, including data collection, consolidation and analysis.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, preparing variance analysis.
• Prepare and present the monthly Business Reporting Package, including P&L statements, expense and payroll reports, and key performance indicators.
• Provide hotel management teams with relevant financial information and help identify improvement areas.
• Contribute to business plans, financial models and feasibility studies for new investments.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding financial information and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting or controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
