Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the Finance Department of a large‑scale resort in Halkidiki. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support financial control, performance management and decision‑making across the resort’s diverse business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and strengthen financial processes and controls, ensuring accurate management information.
• Provide financial analysis on revenues, costs and profitability to support management decisions.
• Act as a business partner to operational and commercial departments, driving performance improvement.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, monitoring performance against targets.
• Support CAPEX evaluation, cash‑flow and working‑capital management, and assist with tax, VAT and audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; ACCA/CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of financial controlling or finance management experience, preferably in a large hotel or resort.
• Strong analytical, commercial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
