Finance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our finance team in Marousi, Athens. The role supports finance operations, business reporting and FP&A, working closely with senior management to provide insights that drive key decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse financial and operational data for budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring and management reporting.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc management reports, variance analyses and business insights for decision‑making.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital monitoring and liquidity planning.
• Assist with banking and inter‑company funding activities.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis or a related area.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
