Finance Business Partner

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Commercial Finance team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to commercial, CVM, digital and product teams, translating business initiatives into financial outcomes and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, CVM, Digital and Product teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new initiatives such as products, pricing and partnerships.
• Translate commercial actions into clear financial impact on revenue, margin, OPEX and risk.
• Analyse performance versus plan and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support pricing and profitability analysis, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Drive financial governance and consistency across approval processes, assumptions and methodologies.
• Engage senior stakeholders, communicating risks, assumptions and outcomes clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent professional certifications (CIMA, ACCA, CFA).
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with high commercial acumen.
• Ability to link business drivers to P&L impact and provide data‑driven problem solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
