Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a disciplined and commercially aware Finance & Accounting Manager to take responsibility for financial control and day‑to‑day accounting activities of our Greece operations. The role requires close collaboration with management, sales, purchasing, warehouse, operations and external accounting partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day‑to‑day accounting and financial activities.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, reviewing supplier and customer invoices.
• Perform and supervise bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash‑flow reports and forecasts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor profitability by customer, service or product category.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing on inventory valuation and stock differences.
• Ensure proper documentation of repair, spare‑parts, sales and warranty transactions.
• Support VAT, tax, payroll and statutory reporting together with external advisors.
• Improve finance processes, controls and reporting systems, including ERP enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Proven professional experience in accounting, finance or financial management.
• Good knowledge of Greek accounting, VAT, tax and statutory requirements.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, cash‑flow and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Greek.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Knowledge of Greek accounting and tax regulations.
• Financial reporting and cash‑flow analysis.
