Join the newly opened Conrad Athens The Ilisian and become the face of its exclusive Executive Lounge. As an Executive Lounge Waiter you will create a warm, inviting atmosphere where discerning guests can relax and enjoy premium complimentary services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to Executive Lounge guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking, and an inviting environment.
• Greet and check‑in guests, providing detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Gather guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain high‑quality presentation of refreshments.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests.
• Stay informed about hotel programs and local events to offer tailored recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a passion for memorable experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Greek and English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to service.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
