Employer Branding & Internal Communications Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Employer Branding & Internal Communications Senior Specialist to strengthen the way we communicate with our people and bring our employer brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Internal Communications plan and calendar, create newsletters, manage the intranet and digital communication tools.
• Plan and coordinate internal events and employee engagement initiatives from concept through execution and follow‑up.
• Support the development and execution of the Employer Branding and EVP activation plan.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects related to culture, engagement and employee experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, employer branding or related fields.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear, engaging communication.
• Analytical mindset to use data, feedback and metrics to evaluate effectiveness.

Required skills

• Experience with internal communication planning, content creation and event coordination.
• Good understanding of digital communication tools and intranet management.
