Dutch Speaking Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our on‑site team in Athens. You will provide friendly, accurate assistance to Dutch‑speaking customers through phone, email and live chat, helping them resolve issues and learn about our products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from Dutch‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Provide clear information on products, services, policies and promotions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic customer experience and build rapport.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify recurring feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with support, technical and product teams.
• Participate in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Native‑level or near‑native fluency in Dutch and strong English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centre or client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Patient, courteous and able to stay calm under pressure.
• High school diploma; further education in communications or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using ticketing tools.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
