Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Athens office. The role involves handling inbound client contacts, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience for our accommodation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries from clients and guests in Dutch and English.
• Provide information on rooms, rates, availability and extranet tools.
• Use company tools and processes to deliver accurate and complete information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and partner satisfaction.
• Work shifts that may extend beyond 10 PM, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with at least B2 level English (oral and written).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
• Resident of Greece or willing to relocate quickly.
• Tech‑savvy with full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Salary of €1,500 per month (paid 14 times a year) plus meal allowance and performance bonus.
