Director of Operations – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Director of Operations to lead our Athens hub for Foundever, a global CX leader. The role oversees multiple sites, ensuring service excellence, profitability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑site operations, maintaining global standards and ownership of service delivery, quality and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with Account Management to align client expectations, manage escalations and identify opportunities to enhance service while optimizing costs.
• Own P&L performance, drive cost efficiency, and develop strategies to improve margins.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers and broader teams, build leadership pipelines and foster employee engagement.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions, champion best‑practice sharing and apply process‑improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of hiring, managing, coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial management experience in a metric‑driven environment, including P&L responsibility.
• Analytical thinker comfortable producing data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
