Desktop Support Engineer (L1) – Onsite in Athens

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to deliver onsite end‑user computing support within an enterprise environment in Athens. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, as well as handling IMAC and break/fix activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for hardware, software and network‑related incidents.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix tasks.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and VPN problems.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and other AD tasks.
• Support device imaging, software installations and basic endpoint management.
• Log and resolve incidents via the ITSM ticketing system, adhering to SLA and ITIL processes.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when necessary.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support or End‑User Computing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in an enterprise IT environment is a plus.
