Customer Service Representative (English‑French)

About the role

Prime Plastics, a VINMAR company, is seeking a bilingual English‑French Customer Service Representative to join its team in Sindos. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order processing while supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on claims to ensure on‑time resolution according to company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through proactive communication.
• Update customers on order status, adjust delivery dates, and manage order changes.
• Process orders, applications, and requests while checking credit status and coordinating with the credit department.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM master data (names, addresses, COA details).
• Provide technical data sheets, certificates of analysis, and other supporting documents as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, GRSC, and Credit Control teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure and rapid change.
• Customer‑focused with a strong commitment to resolving client concerns.
• Good understanding of job responsibilities and awareness of industry trends.
• Sound judgment to assess urgency and risk, taking timely actions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
