Customer Data & Pricing Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Data & Pricing Specialist to cover a maternity leave for a 2‑year full‑time period. You will ensure that customer accounts and pricing information are accurate, compliant and ready for daily business operations across our ERP and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts and pricing data in ERP and CRM platforms.
• Validate data completeness and accuracy, directly influencing invoicing, payments and reporting.
• Perform Bona Fide checks to confirm customers meet activation standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Customer teams to resolve data queries and improve quality.
• Align pricing and commercial terms to prevent disputes and protect performance.
• Investigate pricing issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support promotional setups, reporting and data clean‑up activities.
• Contribute to process improvement projects related to data management.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for customer data and pricing questions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in data, operations or administration roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Engineering.
• Fluent in Greek and English with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with ownership and curiosity.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
