Corporate Lawyer

About the role

ALG Manousakis Law Firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to strengthen its legal team. The successful candidate will advise multinational clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters while supporting complex transactions and litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day corporate, commercial and regulatory advice to corporate and multinational clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, SaaS, licensing, joint‑venture, sale‑and‑purchase, NDAs and service contracts.
• Prepare corporate documents, policies and codes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
• Participate in M&A transactions: conduct legal due diligence, prepare reports and draft transactional documentation.
• Support corporate restructurings, incorporations, governance matters and draft board and shareholders’ meeting minutes.
• Manage civil and commercial disputes, prepare pleadings and represent clients in Greek courts and before regulatory authorities.
• Lead litigation from pre‑dispute assessment through court proceedings, developing strategies and handling settlement discussions.
• Attend client meetings and negotiations, offering strategic legal insights.

Required profile

• University degree in Law with 8–15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, including M&A and regulatory work.
• Experience gained at a reputable law firm or as in‑house counsel in an international business environment.
• Master’s degree (LL.M.) in corporate or commercial law is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners.
