Cook B' – Luxury Beach Club, Athens Riviera

About the role

Domes Resorts is seeking a Cook B' for its new luxury beach club “91 Athens Riviera” in Voula, Athens. The position supports daily kitchen operations, preparing and plating dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring.
• Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and instructions from Cook A' or the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Store raw materials properly to ensure quality and appropriate temperatures.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report any equipment, order, or supply issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Participate in training newer team members in beverage preparation and customer service.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably high‑volume.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures.
• Basic knowledge of allergen management.
