Consultant – Pricing Transformation & Sales Service

About the role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Consultant to support clients in pricing transformation and sales service initiatives. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design data‑driven solutions that improve commercial performance and enable technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies that enhance commercial excellence.
• Develop and optimise sales processes and operating models to boost revenue outcomes.
• Create roadmaps for digital technology implementations, including CRM, CPQ, TPM and SPM platforms.
• Formulate pricing strategies, operating models and processes aligned with client goals.
• Conduct analytics‑driven assessments and build business cases for pricing and sales transformation.
• Enable platform‑based solutions such as CRM, CPQ, TPM and SPM.
• Collaborate with clients to design data‑driven solutions for sales and pricing challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, pricing strategy, revenue management or go‑to‑market strategy.
• At least 1 year of consulting experience, preferably in consumer goods or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
