Concierge Intern

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, ranked No. 27 in the World's 50 Best Hotels, is looking for a Concierge Intern. You will support the Concierge team and help guests with information, requests, reservations and personalised services, working closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Transportation, Housekeeping and other departments. This is a full-time, fixed-term internship of 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, communications, messages, packages and deliveries.
• Support restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, activities and personalised destination recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, reservations and follow-ups.
• Assist with service recovery and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Demonstrate Four Seasons values and service standards in every interaction.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel School, Luxury Hospitality, Guest Experience Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, tourism or luxury service experience is preferred but not required.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English; additional languages and knowledge of the local destination are an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Schedule: 5 working days per week, 8.5 hours each day, with 2 days off, according to Greek labour legislation. Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are required.
