Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

TITAN Greece is seeking a detail‑oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the HR team at its head office in Athens. Reporting to the Rewards, HR Systems & Analytics Lead, the specialist will ensure accurate delivery of compensation and benefits processes while serving as a primary contact for employees, HR colleagues, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, pension plans, health check‑ups, company cars, loans, prepaid cards and other perks.
• Act as the main point of contact for benefit‑related inquiries, providing timely support and clear communication.
• Coordinate benefit enrollments, eligibility checks, HR system updates and maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare reports, cost analyses and taxable benefit calculations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support job evaluation, draft competitive compensation proposals and contribute to the annual salary review cycle.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of compensation and benefits processes.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of related policies and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum three years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, compensation practices and relevant taxation.
• Fluency in Greek and English, with proven organizational and communication skills.
• Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
