Commis Chef – Private Lifestyle Club

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join the culinary team at House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members' club in central Athens. You will work closely with Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to deliver high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, fine‑dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section, following standardized recipes and specifications.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene practices are consistently applied.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient and timely production of dishes.
• Uphold the quality and presentation standards set by the Executive Chef.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a luxury or fine‑dining establishment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (EU passport or appropriate work authorization).
