About the role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Athens. Your mission is to guide customers in selecting the services that best fit their needs through our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales leads via our platform and oversee the entire customer journey from initial contact to final purchase.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to provide tailored recommendations for the services offered.
• Communicate with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and promote additional services.
• Handle incoming calls, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products purchased online.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Greek.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using computers.
• Strong communication skills.
