Business Developer / FX Sales Associate (Graduate)

About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its Greece office as a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate. You will launch a sales career in international finance, receive expert training, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while building a network across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers across various industries to generate new business.
• Research prospects, understand their payment and FX needs, and tailor solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close deals, directly influencing earnings and career progression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
• Desire or experience in B2B sales or client‑facing environments.
• Fluency in Greek and business‑level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to meet ambitious targets.
