Bilingual Swedish/English Customer Care Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Swedish/English Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class service to its clients. You will handle technical‑based assistance via voice, chat and email while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and respect on every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical‑based customer assistance through voice, chat and email.
• Leverage previous experience in customer‑focused roles to address challenges.
• Participate in department initiatives, share feedback and support colleagues.
• Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Utilize social‑media savvy to engage with customers.
• Communicate clearly and correctly both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Swedish (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
• Experience in customer support or technical support, especially in a help‑desk or IT environment.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as a remote team player.
• Adaptable to process and information changes.
• Willingness to undergo background screening.
• Proven experience handling email and phone communications with customers.
• Strong knowledge of external systems and PC‑based internet/software applications.
