Bilingual Swedish/English Content Moderator

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a bilingual Swedish/English Content Moderator to ensure high‑quality, safe experiences across social‑media apps. You will review digital content, apply policy guidelines, and help maintain a safe online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and score videos, images, news stories, political ads and social‑media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency.
• Apply client content policies consistently and escalate issues that may impact performance or KPIs.
• Participate in wellness and employee assistance programs to support personal well‑being.

Required profile

• At least one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with empathy and cultural awareness.
