About the role
Provide world‑class, accurate and respectful customer service in Norwegian and English across voice, chat and email channels. Work remotely as part of a collaborative, people‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical‑based assistance via voice, chat and email, meeting performance metrics.
- Participate in department initiatives, share feedback, and support colleagues to drive team development.
- Problem‑solve and think critically to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Norwegian (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
- Experience in customer or technical support, preferably with a help‑desk or IT function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and as a remote team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC‑based internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle changing processes and information.
- Willingness to undergo background screening.
