About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Montenegrin/English Customer Care Specialist to deliver world‑class support to its clients across multiple digital channels. You will handle technical inquiries via voice, chat, and email while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical‑based assistance through voice, chat, and email, adhering to performance metrics.
• Participate in department initiatives, share feedback, and support team collaboration.
• Resolve customer issues with critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Montenegrin (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
• Strong communication abilities, independent work ethic, and flexibility to adapt to process changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC‑based internet applications and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of external support systems and email/phone communication tools.
