About the role
Provide world‑class, accurate and respectful support to customers in German and English across voice, chat and email channels. Deliver high‑quality service measured by performance metrics while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle technical‑based customer assistance via voice, chat and email.
- Participate in department initiatives, give feedback and support colleagues to drive team development.
- Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
Required profile
- Bilingual in German (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
- 1‑2 years experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as a remote team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC‑based internet/software applications.
- Strong working knowledge of external systems used for customer support.
