Bilingual Content Moderator – Western Balkan & English

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Content Moderator fluent in English and Western Balkan languages to ensure safe and appropriate experiences across social media apps. You will review digital content, apply policy guidelines, and help maintain a positive online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and score videos, images, news stories, political ads, and social media profiles for age‑appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Apply client content policies consistently and escalate issues that may affect performance or KPIs.
• Participate in wellness and employee assistance programs to support personal well‑being.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of operations experience in shared services or a customer‑experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Western Balkan languages.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with empathy and cultural awareness.

Required skills

• Ability to identify subtle differences in digital communication and enforce content policies.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential and potentially disturbing content.
