About the role

TaskUs is seeking a bilingual Bosnian/English Customer Care Specialist to provide world‑class service to its clients through voice, chat and email. The role focuses on technical‑based assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via phone, chat and email, meeting performance metrics.
• Participate in department initiatives, share feedback and collaborate with teammates.
• Problem‑solve and think critically to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Bosnian (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1) – speaking and writing.
• Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in a help‑desk or IT environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable to process changes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• PC‑based internet applications and external systems.
• Help‑desk or similar technical support tools.
