Backoffice Agent – French & English Speaker

About the role

Kaizen Gaming is looking for a bilingual Backoffice Agent to support its operations across multiple markets. You will ensure smooth internal processes, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to a safe gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Monitor operational queues and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
• Investigate and resolve routine and escalated customer issues.
• Escalate complex problems according to established guidelines.
• Support Responsible Gaming initiatives, including self‑exclusion protocols and player education.
• Handle data‑privacy, legal, and compliance requests.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer operations or a back‑office role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and an AI‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer service (CS) systems.
• Experience with data management tools.
