About the role
DVLaw is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters. The role involves handling a broad range of legal work, including M&A transactions, financing arrangements, corporate advisory and compliance projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and lead M&A transactions and related due diligence.
- Prepare and review financing arrangements and related documentation.
- Provide corporate advisory services to clients.
- Support compliance initiatives and ensure regulatory adherence.
Required profile
- Ambitious lawyer with strong legal drafting and analytical abilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken professional English.
- Post‑graduate degree in Corporate, Commercial, Capital Markets or a related field is an advantage, as is prior exposure to compliance matters.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
